Regarding fee updates in your account book: Following the issuance of the fee voucher, we have promptly updated the semester fee in your account book. This enables you to access your student portal and review the updated fee amount required for the Spring 2024 semester. Your account book serves as a central repository for all financial transactions related to your academic journey at the Virtual University of Pakistan.
Regarding the due date for fee submission: Kindly note that the deadline for fee submission is April 29, 2024. It is imperative to meet this deadline to ensure the seamless continuation of your studies without any disruptions. Failure to submit the fee by the specified date may result in late penalties or other complications regarding your enrollment status.
Regarding payment options: Recognizing the challenges of managing finances, we provide flexibility in payment options. You have two avenues for fee payment:
- Converting Fees into Installments: Should you prefer spreading out the payment of your fees over time, you can choose to convert them into installments. This option allows you to pay the fee in smaller, more manageable amounts at regular intervals. To avail yourself of this option, simply log in to your account book and click on the coins icon to initiate the installment plan.
- Paying Lump Sum: Alternatively, if you are in a position to pay the entire fee at once, you can opt to pay the lump sum. This entails remitting the full amount of the semester fee in one go. You can make this payment through the available payment methods specified in your student portal.
