Announcement for Physical Documentation Verification

Dear Student,

1. In continuation of the University’s earlier communication and announcement for physical document verification by December 8, 2023. If you have not yet completed the physical verification of your educational documents for any reason, you are now advised to do so immediately (excluding international students).
2. Bring the following documents to the Examination Center for physical document verification when taking the paper exam. During the mid-semester tests in Fall 2023, the Exam Superintendent will verify your documents and collect attested copies. To avoid any inconvenience, you should ensure that you have all the essential paperwork, authenticated copies of the documents, pictures, and CNIC/B-Form (where applicable).
3. Required Documents

• • Original Academic Transcripts/ Result Cards/Degrees/Certificates etc.
  • Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/B-From.
  • Two attested passport-size photographs with a blue background.
  • Two sets of attested copies of all educational documents and CNIC/ B-Form.
  • Write Admission Form No. / VU ID on the top right corner of each document.

4. For Students who fail to verify his/her documents, such students’ LMS are first blocked and later admission will be canceled.

NOTE:

This announcement is intended only for Provisionally Admitted Students who have not yet appeared at any Virtual University campus/office for verification of their Original Result Cards.

Students who have already confirmed their admissions OR students who have already presented their original documents by physically visiting the respective Campus/Office should disregard this message; such students are not required for physical document verification.

This email is not for international students.
